Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist ( Construction/homebuilding industry)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating sales and marketing activities for our pre construction projects, including working with homebuilders, conducting neighborhood evaluations, and collaborating with third-party ad agencies. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure that projects are effectively marketed and sold.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with homebuilders to market and sell residential units.
• Conduct neighborhood evaluations to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with third-party ad agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans for pre-sales and pre-construction sites.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media, and print media.
• Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and information as needed.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and attending events, such as open houses and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing with in the homebuilding industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Experience working with homebuilders and third-party ad agencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
